The Office of Technology Support Services was established to create a technology infrastructure that provides flexible IT services, resources, technical assistance, and equipment to assist the University of Alabama Enrollment Management departments in best serving the faculty, staff and students in their daily functions. The unit supported include Undergraduate Admissions and Scholarships, University Registrar, Student Financial Aid, New Student Orientation and Testing Services. The office also strives to provide the infrastructure and services necessary for the faculty, staff, and students to use technology effectively to fulfill their academic, research and professional goals and to support the vision and mission of the University. These systems and services include Orientation Registration, Information Repository, Electronic Imaging and Workflow, Talisma Customer Relationship Management, Banner Admissions, Online Exams and Testing Results, Financial Aid Job Line and Work-Study. |
